Winter Savory
Winter Savory is a perennial plant with the scientific name Satureya Montana L. of the Labiaceae mint family. Its flowers are white with pink or purple petals. Winter Savory is available in two ways in the market: - In the form of full branches that are picked before the flower opens. (fewer) - In the form of whole or broken flowers (more) The main branches are usually 15 to 30 cm high. The stem is completely woody and bright green in color. The leaves are firm, a very sharp pointed bayonet, which is completely reduced in the corner of the base. The surface of the leaves is shiny, soft and ciliated on the sides. The length of the leaves is usually 15 to 30 millimeters and their width is 3 to 5 millimeters. Their color varies from olive green to dull gray green.
